**Let's Taste the Best Traditional Food in Guadalajara from a Local's Perspective** We'll also share tips on finding the best culinary spots for the rest of your trip. **THE EXPERIENCE:** We’ll meet in Santa Tere to visit 4 different spots offering authentic local food and drinks where the locals go: - **Santa Tere Market:** We’ll start with a visit to Mercado Santa Tere. You’ll be amazed by all the different food options. Here, I’ll give you a glimpse so you can return another day to explore more. - **Authentic Traditional Drink - Tejuino:** We’ll have the chance to try TEJUINO, a fermented drink similar to kombucha (or pulque) but with an even better taste. - **The Best TORTA AHOGADA:** Next, we’ll visit my favorite spot for a TORTA AHOGADA. These are quite different from street versions, as they’re served in a local restaurant, made with pork, authentic traditional bread, and sauce. *(Option to add/replace with TACOS.)* - **Famous HORCHATA Water:** Here, we can taste the super famous AGUA DE HORCHATA to drink alongside our delicious Mexican treats. - **La Michoacana:** Afterward, we’ll walk over for a sweet craving at La Michoacana, a famous Mexican ice cream brand. - **Local Bakery - Pan Dulce:** Finally, we’ll stop by a local bakery where you can try a piece of Mexican sweet bread, PAN DULCE. **Overall: 4 dishes, 2 drinks.** **PERSONAL NOTES:** If you have food allergies, health conditions, or special dietary needs, please contact me in advance so I can arrange options that suit your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions of Travel Guadalajara 1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a tour or service through the Travel Guadalajara website, the client agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before making any reservation. 2. Reservations and Payments All reservations must be made through our official website. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the selected tour. Specific payment details will be provided during the booking process. The prices listed on the website are in local currency (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 3. Booking Confirmation Once the reservation is completed and payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to the client via email. This confirmation includes details of the booked tour, date and time of departure, meeting points, and other relevant information. It is the client’s responsibility to review the confirmation and notify Travel Guadalajara of any errors or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. 4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations by the Client: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund, less any applicable administrative fees. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show. Cancellations by Travel Guadalajara: Travel Guadalajara reserves the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure (such as adverse weather conditions, security situations, etc.). In such cases, the client will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling of the tour. 5. Modifications to the Booking Requests for modifications (date, time, number of participants, etc.) must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Travel Guadalajara will do its best to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee that these will be fulfilled without additional costs. 6. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Travel Guadalajara is not responsible for delays or loss of services due to the client’s tardiness.
